2015年暑期放假时间通知

各位留学生同学：

现将2015年暑期和短学期安排有关事项通知如下：

1.2015届本科毕业生、研究生毕业生离校时间为6月28日（周日）；

2.其他年级的本科生、研究生于7月6日（周一）开始放暑假（如专业学院没有假期学习安排，则最后一门考试结束后即可离校）；

3.除新生外的全体学生(老生)于9月11日（周五）报到注册；9月21日（周一）正式上课；

4.各学院根据教学计划的安排，开展四周时间的短学期实践教学及相关第二专业课程(具体以各专业学院通知为准)；

5.2015级本科和研究生新生9月14日（周一）、15日（周二）报到，9月21日（周一）正式上课。

6.教职工自7月8日（周三）开始轮休，9月9日（周三）正式上班。

7．需要参加补考的同学，请于考试前，到各专业学院教务处老师处，领取补考证。参加补考时带好学生证和补考证。关于补考安排，请登陆各专业学院网站查询或下学期初到专业学院教务处老师处查询。

Notice for 2015 Summer Vacation

Dear International Students：

The followings are the 2015 summer vacation and the short term arrangements etc.,

1.The time for 2015 graduate students leave school is June 28th (Sunday).

2. Undergraduates and postgraduates of other grades will start the summer vacation from July 6th (Monday). (If there is no arrangement of study from your major college, then your summer vacation can start after you finish the last exam of this semester.)

3. The school opening time for old students of next semester: all the old students will register on Sept 11th (Friday) and will start classes on Sept 21st (Monday).

4. According to the arrangement of the teaching plan, there will be short term or related second professional courses (It depends on the major colleges, some have and some don’t have. It is based on the notice of the major college.)

5. The school opening time for 2015 new students of next semester: all the new students will register on Sept 14th (Monday) and Sept 15th (Tuesday) and will start classes on Sept 21st (Monday).

6.The teachers will start summer vacation from July 8th (Wednesday) and will start work on September 9th (Wednesday). There will be teachers working on shift.

7．If you need to take the make-up exams, you have to go to the academic department teacher of your major college to take a certificate for the make-up exam before it. And remember to take the certificate and student ID card to attend the exam. About the arrangement of the make-up exams, you have to log on the website of your major college to check or go to the academic department teacher of your major college at the beginning of next semester.
